
Dr. Eng. Boriana Manolova is Chairwoman of the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria, elected for second term in 2015. She is CEO of Siemens Bulgaria.
Her professional career path began in the Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor. Soon after she was appointed Regional director of the Foreign Investment Agency seated in Ruse. Between 1998 and 2007 she successfully managed the Bulgarian business of Atlas Copco Lifton, part of the Swedish group Atlas Copco – leader in manufacturing industrial tools and equipment for mining, energy and construction industries.
Boriana Manolova has a Master degree in Corporate Finance from the Business Academy in Svishtov, a Master degree in Micro-electronics and Doctor degree in Energy management in the industry from the Ruse University.
She is also a member of the Management board of the Confederation of the Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria. In 2014 Dr. Manolova was elected Mrs. Economy by the respected Economy magazine.
